CareerPathEdge provides educational consultancy services designed to assist students and professionals in navigating the admission process for higher education institutions. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Entrance exam strategy and preparation guidance.

3. User Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the consultation and application process.
• Adhere to application deadlines and submission requirements set by universities and CareerPathEdge counselors.
• Be solely responsible for the authenticity of academic documents, certificates, and personal statements submitted.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials if accessing our digital portal.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees for our consultancy packages must be paid in advance or as per the agreed installment schedule. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but purchased packages will be honored at the booked rate.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, fees paid for services already rendered (e.g., completed counseling sessions, edited SOPs) are non-refundable. Any approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerPathEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

We are not responsible for any changes in university admission policies, visa regulations, or scholarship criteria that may occur during your application process. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the CareerPathEdge website and through our services, including text, graphics, logos, study materials, and methodologies, is the property of CareerPathEdge and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CareerPathEdge is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
